Chris earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Massachusetts in 2003. Upon completion of his degree he supported research efforts for the Advanced Composite Material Testing and Research Laboratory at the university. Chris joined Mentis Sciences in 2004 where he has been involved in many of the R&D efforts in the development of radomes, thermal protection systems, composite processing improvements, design of light weight large caliber gun components, and design and evaluation of torpedo launch tubes. He has hands-on experience with manufacturing processes of complex composite structures including braiding, filament winding, weaving, and manual layup.
