The MSET is a small scale, portable, advanced materials testing apparatus used in the Undergraduate/Graduate University classroom.
The Mentis Sciences Educational Toolkit was developed by Engineers at Mentis in 2013 as a learning tool to introduce High School Interns, employed at Mentis, to STEM concepts. Over the years, Professional Engineers and Educators, tailored the MSET to address the limitations and gaps between the STEM objectives of the Next Generation Science Standards; and the supporting educational curricula, learning objectives, and measurable outcomes required within the classroom.
A lot of our students at LSA have challenges in learning, due to different social/emotional and academic limitations, so the MSET is a great way to boost their learning experience and confidence in STEM concepts. - Mary Cortez, Legacy Scholars Academy
The MSET is a practical tool for middle school students to use in their analysis of physical science principles. - Baron Richardson
Over 40 experiments can be configured using the MSET, which were derived from the academic metrics found in the Next Generation Science Standards.
